Aj Ty v IT was established in the autumn of 2012 in response to a very low percentage of female students studying at IT faculties, resulting in a low number of women working in the IT sector. Our goal, expressed in the motto "Technology has no gender,“ is to make women an integral part of our shared technological future.
Through our activities, we disrupt social stereotypes about women's involvement in IT, build a community, and educate girls from the age of 8, high school students, and adult women, for which we provide special professional career programs.
• Your 20 EUR will enable a primary school girl to program her very first robot during a one-time interactive robotics workshop. She will engage with technology in a fun and inspiring way, gaining motivation to explore the world of IT further.
• Your 50 EUR will cover a series of sessions where a primary or secondary school girl will learn the basics of a programming language. This support will give her a solid foundation and open new horizons in the field of IT.
• Your 100 EUR will enable a secondary school girl to master the basics of programming while also learning essential soft skills and project management fundamentals. These tools will help her navigate the job market and build her confidence.
• Your 300 EUR will provide an entire class of girls with an unforgettable experience at a robotics workshop, where they will collaboratively program and bring their first robots to life. This group activity could inspire them to pursue careers in technology.

In more than 12 years of our existence, over 55,000 young girls, students, adult women, and teachers from all over Slovakia have participated in our workshops, courses, and academies. We motivate and educate them to develop digital skills.
